The UE Boom 2 and prior had a similar function, but it was different still where they had to be pressed down for longer which is why those older tutorials didn't work for me, and also the fact that they done say TO MAKE SURE only ONE device is connected Via the app/connected to the phone/pc. Most are outdated by 4 years, the "swipe left" to "partyup" is non-existent too.Īnd there is no instuctions in the box or on their website that even tells you that pressing the + and BT does what it does. My biggest gripe is the fact the damn app (on android) isn't the same as any official guides on their sites or on youtube.

Tested on PC and on Android Phone and works. It is super laggy, has extreme latency issues, a good 2 seconds of delay trying to watch something.
Then you just press the + and BT button once, and then quickly double press the BT button on the other speakers and voila!! Making sure the 2nd (or other speakers are on but not connected or paired to any device) So, you literally only have to join ONE speaker to the app. Is there an easy way? : Bluetooth_Speakers () (1) Trying to 'PartyUp' two Megaboom 3's is kinda maddening. It took me 3 hours to find a buried solution on reddit to get it to work. I just bought two UE Boom 3's mainly for stereo sound in the van when traveling and for portability. It is no surprise after doing a quick google of the mountain of issues with UE lately and their horrid customers service and horrid and negligent effort to keep their software up to date and easy to use.
